It's not very obvious to the user when his screen/browser window is shared and when it isn't. That can easily make some users quite uncomfortable, since they don't have any way of knowing when the "IT guy is out of their computer again". I would be a great improvement if a "Sharing..." badge could be shown in the corner of the user's screen when the screen is shared, in order to make it more obvious to the user what is shared and what isn't.

Now all AGENTS can go and cobrowse to ALL WEBSITES I really think that would be great to set several AGENTS to specific WEBSITES, so each AGENT or a group of AGENTS can give support to specific WEBSITES.

In the stand alone version, you see some random ID and can only use the location and url to differentiate your users. As i use Median only on logged-in pages, it would be nice if i could send the username to median (somewhere in the javascript), so it shows instead of the random session ID.
